摘要
对高氯酸脱水重量法测定硅铁中硅的不确定度进行了评定,测量不确定度主要来源于测量的重复性、样品称重及坩埚和处理后样品的重量等,样品称重引入的不确定度对整个测量结果的不确定度贡献最大,其次是结果的重复性。在实际操作过程中,严格控制样品称量,对提高检测结果的准确性有重要意义。
The measurement uncertainty for the determination of silicon in ferrosilicon by perchloroc acid dehydration gravimetric method was evaluated. The measurement uncertainties come from the repeatability of measurement, the sample weighing, the weight of the crucible and the weight of the simple after treatment and so on. The uncertainty introduced by sample weighing made the most contribution to the uncertainty of whole result, followed by the reproducibility of results. In the actual operation process, strictly controlling the simple weighing has great importance to increasing the accuracy of the test result.
