摘要
日钢炼铁厂在2#、5#、7#、8#高炉热风炉改造中应用高辐射覆层技术,热风炉正常运行1a后的数据统计表明,5#高炉2#热风炉烧炉时间节省4.34min,即节约煤气量3.34%,送风拱顶温度提高了49.20℃,送风终了拱顶温度提高了53.86℃;2#、7#、8#高炉的11座热风炉在风温提高16℃的情况下,高炉外供总煤气量仍增加0.55%,年效益为1512.6万元。
The Iron-making Plant of Rizhao Iron and Steel Company adopted High Radiative Coating technology on the 5# BF, 2# BF, 7# BF and 8# BF hot blast stoves for energy saving improvement. After putting into normal production for 1 year, the statistics date showed that: in 2# hot blast stove of 5# BF, the combustion period saved for 4.34 min, than the coal gas saving rate is 3.34%, the dome temperature increased by 49.20 C during blast period and finally increased by 53.86 C at the end of blast period; in the other 11 hot blast stoves of 2# BF, 7# BF, and 8# BF, the blast temperature increased by 16 C, the coal gas supplied outside from the BF group still increased by 0.55%, and the annual economic benefit is 15.126 million RMB.
