葱和韭菜种子发芽试验条件的研究

Study on the Condition of Germination Test of Welsh Onion (Allium fistulosum L.) and Chinese Chives (Allium Tuberasum L.) seeds

一前言葱和韭菜是广泛种植于全国各地的2种常用的蔬菜作物,其种子数量虽然不多,种子批量倒不少。据反映葱和韭菜种子一般较难发芽,发芽条件难于掌握和控制,发芽率往往较低,这对于蔬菜种子质量检验及蔬菜生产都会造成不良后果。

Experiment was performent to test the oprimum germination temperature and substrate fo welsh onion and Chinese shiresseeds.The temperatures for germination test were 10℃,15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃ and 15～30℃ and 20～30℃(alternating).paper,gauze and sand were used as germination substrates.It was found that the optimum temperatures forgermination were 20℃,25℃ in welsh onion seed and 20℃ in Chinese chives seed.The optimum substats for germination weretop of gauze,between paper (covering paper and erect glass plate) and top of sand 40%,～80% M.C.) for welsh onionseed,and between paper (covering paper and erect glass plate) and top of sand (40%～80% M.C) for Chinese chives seed.This study will provid reliable evidence for revising Rules for vegetable seed testing (ISTA and PRC)
