摘要
实验发现平行光空间斜入射光栅时,衍射光斑呈曲线分布。通过对实验观察和分析,从基尔霍夫衍射理论出发,分析了平行光以任意角度入射光栅时的夫琅和费衍射极大值是沿圆锥面分布的特点,进而得到了在平面接收屏上的衍射花样分布的定量表达式,并且归纳总结出三维空间斜入射光栅的一般规律,理论分析与实验结果一致。
When the parallel light is launched into the grating,then meeting the shadow,obtain the phenomenon that diffraction pattern along the hyperbolic curve distributed.This article basic on the Kirchhoff diffraction theory,analysis it and then obtained that the parallel light oblique incidence diffraction Fraunhofer diffraction pattern is distributed along the spherical surface under the non-paraxial condition,then focus on the theories,analysis the diffraction pattern distributed situation me shadowing in the plane,the theoretical was consistent with the experimental results.
