摘要
为了提高金边瑞香出口品质,采用轻型基质替代传统塘泥,开展金边瑞香脱毒组培盆栽苗的无土栽培基质试验研究,同时测定了栽培前后各基质及塘泥的理化性质。结果表明,与塘泥相比,处理D1(基质为稻壳∶珍珠岩=2∶1,营养液为Hogland通用配方)显著提高金边瑞香各项生长指标。金边瑞香栽培基质要求有较高的通气/持水孔隙度,pH值为4~6。
In order to improve the quality of export commodities,the experiments concerned the pot of no-virus Daphne odora var.marginata were designed as replace the pond silt to conduct studies on media.In terms of assay the physical and chemical properties of pond silt and media before and after cultivation,the soilless culture media formula was obtained.The results indicated that the best soilless culture formula is treatment of D1(media is rice husk:perlite=2:1,nutrition solution is Hogland Snyder),that is superior to pond silt on cultural effect.The media requir high water/gas hole percentage and pH=4~6.
