MRI对致密型乳腺中乳腺癌的诊断价值

Study on the significance of dense breast in MRI for detecting breast cancer

目的探讨MRI对致密型乳腺中乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法收集53例同时行钼靶X线检查及MRI检查的致密型乳腺,均经手术后病理证实为乳腺癌患者,通过对病变的检出、形态学、扩散加权成像(DWI)以及时间-信号曲线(TIC)等方面进行分析诊断。结果 53例患者中,钼靶诊断正确为23例,误诊及漏诊为30例;MRI诊断正确为49例,误诊及漏诊为4例,其敏感度为92.5%。结论乳腺MRI检查对致密型乳腺中乳腺癌的诊断具有重要不可替代的价值。

Objective To explore the significance of dense breast in detecting breast cancer by breast MRI. Methods Fifty - three patients with breast cancer showing dense breast in mammography were examined by breast MRI. All these 53 cases had been confirmed by pathological examination. Their morphological features, diffusion -weighted imaging （DWI） and time -signal intensity curve （TIC） were analyzed. Results Among fifty - three cases of breast cancer, 23 cases were detected by mammography, and 30 cases were misdiagnosed. Among these 53 cases, 49 of them were detected by MRI, 4 cases were misdiagnosed, and its sensitivity was 92.5%. Conclusion The appearance of dense breast in breast MRI has very important significance in diagnosis of breast cancer.
