摘要 利用比较基因组学的方法从马铃薯基因组中鉴定出一个与AtCBL9直系同源的基因StCBL9,并对该基因的结构、遗传进化、顺式元件进行了分析,为下一步研究该基因的功能和利用其进行马铃薯抗逆分子育种提供了有益借鉴。 Using comparative genomics method, the CBL9 gene was identified from potato genome orthol- ogous to AtCBL9. Its gene structure, phylogeny and cis - elements were also analyzed. This study provided valuable information for further research on function and utilization of Solarium tuberosum CBL9 gene in molec- ular breeding for stress tolerance.
