生物监测法测定氟啶虫酰胺的人体暴露水平 被引量:1

摘要 测定了两位操作者喷完氟啶虫酰胺后尿液中氟啶虫酰胺及其代谢产物的量以确定氟啶虫酰胺在人体内的实际暴露水平。结果表明,用液相色谱质谱仪(LC-MS/MS)分析氟啶虫酰胺的最低检出限(LOD)为0.005 mg/L,标准曲线的线性R2=0.9993;氟啶虫酰胺代谢物TFNG和TFNA的LOD均为0.0025mg/L,标准曲线的线性分别为R2=0.9995和R2=0.9997;用乙酸乙酯提取尿液中氟啶虫酰胺及其代谢物TFNG和TFNA的回收率分别为72.3%、78.2%和80%,表明本试验的提取分析方法可行有效。在穿好防护服戴手套条件下,二人连续喷10%氟啶虫酰胺WG 2 000倍液4 h,喷药后12、24、36 h收集二人的全部尿液进行生物监测。二人体内氟啶虫酰胺的暴露水平分别小于0.039和0.066μg/(kg BW.d),二人体内的实际暴露量仅为氟啶虫酰胺最低观测效应值(25μg/kg BW.d)的0.16%和0.27%,表明暴露水平在可接受的范围内。 To get the actual exposure level of flonicamid for human body, the concentration of flonicamid and its metabolites in the urine of operators after spraying were detected and analyzed. The LOD of flonicamid was 0. 005 mg/L by LC - MS/MS, and the standard curve coefficient RE was 0. 9993. The LOD of flonicamid metabolites TFNG and TFNA were both 0. 0025 mg/L and the standard curve coefficients R2 were 0. 9995 and 0. 9997, respectively. The recovery rate of flonicamid, TFNG and TFNA extracted by ethyl acetate were 72.3% , 78.2% and 80% respectively, indicating the extraction and analysis method was valid. The urine of two operators who sprayed 2 000 times solution of 10% flonicamid WG for 4 hours under the protection of gar- ment and gloves was collected after 12, 24 and 36 hours for biological monitoring. The exposure level of the two operators were below 0. 039 and 0. 066 μg/kg BW per day respectively, which were only 0.16% and 0.27% of the NOEL of flonicamid (25 μg/kg BW per day) , indicating the exposure level was within the acceptable range.
