摘要
铃兰种子在2~5℃下经500ppm GA_3、0.2%KNO_3及水处理3个月后,转20℃发芽,23天后,前两项处理的种子,长出了胚根及芽,又以赤霉素处理苗长势最好,对照种子仅长出胚根,2个月后才长出胚芽。将马蔺种子的部分胚乳切除后,90%以上均可萌发。在25℃下添加250ppmGA_3,可使点地梅、落新妇及早开堇菜的种子破除休眠。角蒿种子在1~3℃中湿润处理1周,发芽率为84%。刚收获的紫花地丁及早开堇菜种子没有休眠现象,贮藏后逐渐进入休眠状态,加入500ppmGA_3溶液,并在1~3℃中20天,发芽率分别为81%及93%。阴地堇菜种子收获后立即进入休眠状态,添加500ppmGA_3溶液在1~3℃下20天,发芽率为60%。
The seeds of Convallaria majalis L.were pretreated at 2—5℃ for three months with 500 ppm GA_3,0.2%KNO_3 andwater (CK) respectively,and then,germinated at 20℃.After twenty—three days,the radicle and plumule of the seedstreated by GA_3 and KNO_3 grown out,and the seedling growth power of the seeds treated by GA_3 was stronger than that byKNO_3;Meanwhile,only the radicles of the CK were obvious,whose plumules grew out two months later。When parts of their endosperm were cut off,more than 90% of the seeds of Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis (Fisch)Koidz germinated。The treattment with 250 ppm GA_3 at 25℃c broke the dormancies of Androsace umbellata (Lour) Merr.Astilbe chinensisFranch.et Sav,Viola prionantha Bge.Treated under moist condition at 1—3℃ for one week,the germination percentage of Incarvillea sinensis Lain.reached84%.The new—harvested seeds of Viola yedoensis Makino and Viola prionantha Bge.had no dormancy,which gradually be-came dormant under storage condition.Treated by 500ppm GA_3 at 1—3℃ for 20 days,their germination percentage reached81% and 93% respectively.The new—harvested seeds of Viola yezoensis Maxim.were dormant.After treatment with 500 ppm GA_3 at 1—3℃ for20 days,its germination percentage reached 60%.
