With the achievements of Chinese women volleyball team as the basis, and with literathe questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other methods, it analyzed the develop ment of Chinese womeng volleyball team features and the main factors. It expected to be a revelation and theoretical reference value for the Chinese women＇s volleyball team preparing for the London Olympic Games.
