This article describes the calculation method of vehicle operating speed when accelerating or decelera- ting in the interchange ramp design, as well as the calculation method of the designed speed of the ramp horizon- tal alignment, and by analyzing the coordination of the operating speed and the design speed, the safety of the in- terchange ramp alignment design can he determined.
