64层螺旋CT在主动脉壁内血肿诊断中的应用价值

The value of 64-slice spiral CT in aortic intramural hematoma

目的评价64层螺旋CT在主动脉壁内血肿诊断中的应用价值。方法对14例疑主动脉壁内血肿的病人,全部行64层螺旋CT进行连续容积增强扫描,并对其影像表现进行分析。结果 64层螺旋CT三维图像能清楚显示主动脉壁内血肿的大小、形态、变化及与分支血管的关系等。结论 64层螺旋CT血管成像技术能快速、准确、无创、全面的显示主动脉壁内血肿的病理解剖关系,对于选择治疗方案或术后随访观察等具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT（VCT） in the diagnosis of aortic intramural hematoma.Methods： Fourteen patients,who were suspected of intramural hematoma,underwent continuous volumen hancement scan with 64-slice spiral CT and analysed the images of them.Resulst： CT-slice three-dimensional medical image could apparently show the size,shape,the diversification and the relation of the branch vessel.Conclusion： CT angiography can clearly identify hematoma in aortic intramural rapidly,accurately and non-invasively,which has the important clinic value in the selectmen of treatment alternatives and follow-up observation after surgery.
