2型糖尿病肾病与ACE基因多态性的相关性研究

Association relationship between type II diabetic nephropathy with angiotensin converting enzyme

目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性与泰安地区汉族2型糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应技术对2-型糖尿病肾病(DN)及正常对照组进行了ACE基因多态性分析。结果 DM组和DN组与正常对照组之间基因型分布无显著性差异,ACE基因插入/缺失多态性与DN的发生之间无相关性。结论 ACE基因插入/缺失多态性与DN的发生无关。

Objective： To study the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme（ACE） gene polymorphism and type II diabetic nephropathy（DN） in Tai＇an region.Methods： Analysis was done of the type II diabetic nephropathy（DN） and the normal control group ACE gene polymorphism by polymerase chain reaction technology.Results： There was no significant difference in ingenotye distribution among DM group,DN group and normal control group.Conclusion： There is no relationship between the ACE gene insertion/deletion polymorphism and the occurrence of DN.
