运用网络资源对老年糖尿病患者实施院外干预的研究

Study of intervention for the elderly patients with diabetes outside of hospital using the network resources

目的探索利用现代通讯手段管理院外老年糖尿病病人的新模式。方法收集100例老年糖尿病病人资料,将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组利用网络资源采用多种干预方式,观察患者空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化、低血糖发生率及再住院率。结果通过连续半年的院外干预,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖及糖化血红蛋白达标率、并发症及再住院率与对照组相比差异有显著性意义。结论在不受时间、空间的限制下,通过网络等多种方式干预,探索出一条方便、快捷、经济、高效的老年糖尿病病人院外管理的新途径。

Objective： To explore an economic,convenient,efficient and high-quality intervention model for elderly diabetic patients outside hospital.Methods： in the 100 cases of the elderly diabetic patients,information was collected.Then the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,with the observation group having a variety of intervention such as network resources.All the patients were observed with fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and the incidence of hypoglycemia as well as re-hospitalization rates.Results： By intervention with consecutive six months of hospital,a significant difference was seen in fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin compliance rate in the intervention group in contrast to control group.There was also significant difference in complications,and re-hospitalization rates.Conclusion： By means of a variety of intervention of network resources as independent of time and space methods,a fast,new way of economy,security and efficiency were explored in elderly diabetic patients outside the hospital management.
