面向残障群体的图书馆信息资源建设与服务

The Library's Information Resources Construction and Service Facing the Disabled People

作为保障公民文化知识的社会机构,图书馆有责任为残障群体提供特殊而有力的服务。通过对国内外图书馆为残障群体服务的分析,指出了目前图书馆为残障群体服务所存在的问题,阐述了面向残障群体的图书馆资源构建,提出了面向残障群体的图书馆信息服务举措。

Being as a social institution of guaranteeing citizens＇ cultural knowledge, the library has the responsibility of providing special and strong services for disabled people. Through analyzing domestic and foreign libraries＇ services for disabled people, this paper points out some problems currently existing in library＇s services for disabled people, expounds the construction of library＇s information resources facing the disabled people, and puts forward some measures for the library to provide information services for disabled people.
