摘要
阐述了社区图书馆建设与发展现状,从建设公共服务体系、提高业务水平、实现办馆模式多样化、树立人文关怀等方面,论述了社区图书馆建设的思路与对策。
This paper expounds the current construction and development of community Library, and discusses the ideas and countermeasures for the construction of community library from aspects of constructing the public service system, improving the service level, realizing the diversification of library＇s running pattern, and establishing the humanistic concern.
