新育紫色马铃薯品系比较试验初报

Contrast Test of Newly Bred Purple Potato Strain

为了从2011年选育的11个紫皮紫肉品系中筛选出较优良的品系,用青薯2号和黑美人为对照,进行了11个品系的对比试验。结果表明:参试品系中,08-5-5、08-7-26和08-1-119综合表现较好,生育期分别为152d、155d和160d,产量比当地主推品种青薯2号分别增产42.7%、28.3%和18.4%,达极显著和显著水平;薯型圆或椭圆,芽眼浅,茎块大小均匀,表皮紫色略麻或麻,抗病性较强。这3个品系可作进一步的区域试验。

In order to select more excellent strains from the 11 purple skin purple sarcocarp types,which were bred in 2011,taking Qingshu 2 and Heimeiren as the control,a contrast experiment of the 11 varieties was conducted.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of 08-5-5,08-7-26 and 08-1-119 was much better than others.The growth period of them were 152 d,155 d and 160 d respectively.The yield of 08-5-5,08-7-26 and 08-1-119 was significantly or even very significantly higher than Qingshu 2 by 42.7%,28.3% and 18.4% separately.The potato was of circular or elliptical shape,shallow eye,uniform stem block size,slightly hemp or flax purple and strong disease resistance.These three strains could be used for regional tests in further.
