摘要
为EAFPs基因的分离奠定基础,同时为EAFPs的产生机制、抗菌机理的研究提供科学依据,通过提取和纯化杜仲抗真菌蛋白对该蛋白在杜仲不同部位(皮、叶、根)和不同生长季节的含量变化进行检测。结果表明:杜仲抗真菌蛋白主要分布在树皮中,根中分布较少,在叶中未检测到,而且该蛋白的分布较稳定,不随生长季节而改变。
The timing and spatial expression of eucommia antifungal protein(EAFP) was detected by extracting and purifying the protein to lay the foundation for the separation of EAFPs genes and provide a scientific reference for the study on the generation and antibacterial mechanism of EAFPs.The results showed that EAFP mainly distributed in the barks and little in the roots,whereas no protein was detected in the leaf.The distribution of the protein was invariable and did not change with the season.
