基于农户视角的甘肃兰州市新农村建设成效与难题

Achievements and Problems of New Rural Construction in Lanzhou City of Gansu Province from the View Point of Famers

基于对兰州市新农村建设现状的描述,通过问卷调查,从农户视角对兰州市新农村建设的成效与问题进行了调查。结果发现,兰州市自开展新农村建设以来,在基础设施、农民收入、科技培训、村庄整治、民主法制等方面都取得了一定成效,但仍存在生活设施不完备、农民技能有限、农村环境污染严重、村务公开程序欠缺等问题。据此,提出发展现代农业、加大生产生活设施投入、加强农民培训、开展环境整治、完善民主管理等对策,以推动兰州市新农村建设的深入开展。

Based on describing the current situation of new rural construction in Lanzhou City,the author designs the questionnaire from the view point of famers,and investigates the achievements and problems of new rural construction in Lanzhou City.The results showed that there are some good results in the aspects of infrastructure,farmer＇s income,science and technology,education,village administration and democracy legal system in Lanzhou City＇s new rural construction.Nonetheless,there are still some problems such as lack of living facilities,limited farmer＇s skills,serious pollution and deficient village administration.In order to make Lanzhou City achieve more effects in the new rural construction,the author puts forward the following countermeasures,such as developing modern agriculture,conducting farmer＇s training,improving environment and improving democratic administration.
