农村土地整治为实现耕地占补平衡和新农村建设发挥了重要的作用,但制度建设、勘测定界、规划设计、项目实施、从业单位和从业人员管理存在一定的不足,难以满足时代发展的需要。以四川省农村土地整治的现状和开展情况分析,讲述存在的问题及成因,提出相应的对策,以促进土地整治事业的持续、健康发展。

Rural land management plays an important role in achieving the balance of occupying and supplementation of arable land and new rural construction, but there are some certain insufficiencies in many ways, such as system construction, investigation and delimitation, planning and design, implementation of project, management of practice organization and staff. It is difficult to meet the needs of the times. The text analyzes the current situation of country land management and development situation, identifies existing problems and proposes appropriate strategy, in order to promote sustained and healthy development of the province land management enterprise.
