摘要 生漆是由漆酚、漆酶、树胶质、糖蛋白以及水分、金属离子等组成的非水相微乳系统,漆酚是其非水相介质,疏水性的糖蛋白自组装成反相微乳球形胶团的外壳,水分子、亲水性多糖、漆酶及金属离子聚集其内形成"微水池",漆酶是其生物催化剂。生漆的成膜过程由酶促起始,是一个典型的生物化学反应过程。漆酚在漆酶的催化作用下形成漆酚自由基,其后发生随机的非酶促自由基氧化反应,漆酚的二聚反应是其最重要的基元反应,漆酚侧链双键的自动氧化反应与其相偶联,聚合成结构单元间以-C-C-或-C-O-连接的无轨漆酚高聚体,最后再通过漆酚-多糖-糖蛋白的超分子化学作用,聚集成具有超耐久性、生物活性、磨光性、葆光性、抗溶剂性、抗氧化性以及热力学稳定的、可光氧化降解等特性的超分子结构膜。 Lacquer is non - aqueous reaction natural coating that is made up of uruhsiol, laccase, gum- my substance, glycoprotein,water and metal ions. Uruhsio] is non - aqueous medium. Hydrophobic glycopro- teinself - assembles intoreverse microemulsion spherical shell of the micelles. Water, hydrophilic polysaccha- fide, laccase and metal ions gather inside it and forms micro pool. Laccase is biocatalyst. Lacquer film form- ing process is activated by enzyme, and is a typical biochemical reaction process. Uruhsiol becomes uruhsiol radicals by the catalysis of laccase, then random non - enzymatic free radical oxidation reaction occurs. The dimerization reaction of uruhsio] is the most important elementary reactions. Through the auto - oxidation re- action the uruhsiol side chain double bondscouple torandom uruhsiol high - polymer withstructural units of - C - C - or - C - 0 -. By the supramolecularehemical reaction ofuruhsiol - polysaccharide - glyeoprotein, supramolecular structure membrane is formed, which has the properties of ultra - durability, biological activ- ity, wear resistance, luster maintaining, solvent resistance, oxidation resistance, thermodynamic stabilityand photo- oxidation degradation etc.
