室性并行心律的数学特性与散点图形态特征 被引量：24

摘要 在片段心电图中,当并行心律的室性异搏不显示出其特征的心电图表现时,很难与一般室性早搏或多源性室性早搏相鉴别,笔者根据室性并行心律的室性异搏的联律间期不固定,且与代偿间期(VN)之和为窦性节律(NN间期)的2倍[(NV+VN)÷2=NN],利用《几何画板》制作NV变化和NN变化的散点运动的轨迹,模拟出的RR-Lorenz散点图为斜倒的"丫"字形图形。再通过24 h t-RR散点图及逆向分析界面图观察,发现RR-Lorenz散点图为斜倒"丫"字形图形的患者,其逆向分析心电图均证实为窦性心律并室性并行心律,并且t-RR散点图亦有其特征。因此,斜倒"丫"字形RR-Lorenz散点图是"室性并行心律"的特征性散点图。通过动态心电图描绘到的斜倒"丫"字形RR-Lorenz散点图图形,能快速、准确诊断室性并行心律。
