经冠状静脉窦消融心外膜旁道一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性,阵发性心慌10余年。食管电生理检查示隐匿性左侧房室旁道并房室折返性心动过速,5年前曾在外院行常规射频消融失败。心内电生理检查:心动过速时冠状静脉窦(CS)处A波呈偏心传导,CS3-4至CS9-10处可见高尖的冠状静脉窦肌袖电位,CS3-4处VA融合,且A波最早,CS1-2处VA分开,且A波最晚,但大头消融电极导管于二尖瓣瓣上未标测到VA融合。后于冠状静脉窦内3.5 cm处偏心室侧(靶点为小A大V)标测到旁道电位,消融成功。
