摘要
近年电镜及免疫组化已揭示,不仅胃泌素瘤中可查见胃泌素细胞,少数消化道类癌中也存在着胃泌素细胞。本文采用免疫电镜技术对5例胃肠道内分泌肿瘤组织中的胃泌素细胞进行了观察。
Gastrin-17 (G-17) immunoreactivities of one duodenal gastrinoma and four gastro-enteric carcinoids were studied with immunoelectron microscopy using protein A-goldcomplex, compared with the G-17 cells in normal antral and duodenal mucosa. Most ofgastrinoma cell granules belonging to the vacuolar/floccular type exhibited constantlabelling for G-17, similar to the pyloric gastrin cells in normal mucosa, though thegastrin cells in normal duodenal mucosa contained predominantly the round compact ordense-cored granules that were unlabelled for G-17. No G-17 immunoreactivity wasdetected in the tumor cells of four carcinoids.
