“代际效应”对大学生就业机会平等的影响及建议

The intergenerational effect and suggestion on college students' equality-opportunity employment

摘要 大学生就业"双向选择"的机制的影响下,当前一些大学毕业生的求职,正在演变为其父辈所掌握的社会资源和财富实力的竞争。"代际效应"正挑战就业公平,对和谐社会的构建产生不良影响,也妨碍了就业机会均等的实现。研究目的是分析"代际效应"对大学生就业产生的影响和表现,基于现状从大学生自身和社会角度出发,提出提高大学生就业机会的策略和建议。 College students' employment uses "two-way choice" mechanism, Now, to find some job evolved the competition about their parents' generation by the master of social resources and wealth strength. The employment fairness of these people is challenged by so call "between-generation effect", posing a negative influence upon the construction of a harmonious society and hampering the realization of the equal employment opportunities, the paper analyzed the "inter-generational effect" on the impact of the college students' employment and performance, based on the current situation from the students themselves and the social Angle, put forward the improvement of college students' employment strategies and suggestions.
