The Study of Five Disadvantages about Vocational Guidance in Colleges

目前我国高校就业指导存在"五重五轻"的弊端,即教育理念上重工具实用轻人文关怀,教学内容上重技巧训练轻生涯教育,教育方法上重教师说教轻学生体验,师资队伍上重学历数量轻实践积累,教研教改上重工作探讨轻学理辨析。我们应辩证把握问题实质,秉持通识教育理念,以职业发展为核心,构建课程群,优化教学,提升师资队伍专业化水平,深化教研教改,全面加快推进就业指导课程建设。

Nowadays, there are five disadvantages in the vocational guidance of Chinese colleges and universities, focusing on the practical tools rather than the humane care in the aspect of educational concept. Skill training outweighs career education in terms of teaching contents. The teacher＇s preach outweighs the experiences of students in teaching methods. In terms of teacher resources, practical experiences are inferior to educational background and the number of teachers. In the end, as to the teaching researches and reforms, work discussions are superior to academic discrimination. We should identify the real problem dialectically, uphold the concept of general education in and focus on career development to promote the vocational guidance courses by constructing the curriculum group, optimizing the teaching, enhancing the professionalization level of teachers, deepening the teaching researches and reforms as well as fully propelling the construction of employment guidance course.
