《资本论》与当代金融和经济危机作用的二重性

“Das Kapital” and the Duality of the Role of the Contemporary Financial and Economic Crisis

金融和经济危机是一个矛盾着的事物,既有它的正面,即对经济社会运行产生破坏作用的一面,也有它的背面,即通过破坏旧基础,创造新条件,为经济社会发展开辟新局面的一面。危机对经济社会运行的积极作用,不是直接地、以现象形式呈现在人们面前,而是以极其隐蔽的形式,在危机现象背后,从侧面或反面,通过暴力破坏原有过程、清理旧基础、开辟新局面实现的。马克思在《资本论》及相关著作中,运用辩证法的望远镜和显微镜,结合资本主义再生产的实际,在对金融和经济危机的破坏性进行分析的同时,也从另一角度对其积极作用进行了分析和揭示。研究和分析当代国际金融和经济危机,要以马克思为榜样,坚持辩证法,反对形而上学,不仅要看它的正面,也要看它的背面,抓住机遇,迎接挑战,使我们的社会主义现代化建设立于不败之地。

Financial and economic crisis is a contradictory thing.On one hand,it destroys economic and social operation;on the other hand,it opens up a new situation of economic and social development through destructing the old foundation and creating the new conditions.The positive role of the crisis on the economic and social operation did not directly appear in the form of the phenomenon,but presented in an extremely convert form behind crisis from the side or the opposite through violently destroying the original process,cleaning up the old foundation and opening a new situation.In 'Das Kapital' and his related works,Marx analyzed the destructive side of financial and economic crisis and its positive role from another point of view,using the telescope and microscope of the dialectics,combining with the reality of capitalist reproduction.Doing research on contemporary international financial and economic crisis,we should take Marx as an example to adhere to dialectics and oppose metaphysics,analyze both sides of crisis,seize opportunities and meet challenges to make our socialist modernization remain invincible.
