结合实验室内外部组织结构现状与特点,运用网络社会方法构建了实验室内外部组织结构网络关系图,分析了实验室内外部组织结构网络关系。通过定量分析把握实验室组织结构特点与规律,并与定性分析相结合,最终得出更科学、更客观的优化实验室组织结构的结论。

Based on actuality and characteristics of laboratory inside and outside organizational structures,using the social network method to build network drawing about laboratory inside and outside organizational structures,this paper analyses the network connection about laboratory inside and outside organizational structures.Grasping characteristics and rules of laboratory organizational structure through quantitative analysis,and combining qualitative analysis,finally this paper obtains the more scientific and objective conclusion about optimizing laboratory organizational structure.
