摘要
对目前常用的两种工程计价方式——定额和清单计价方式进行了对比分析,比较了各自的优势和劣势,推荐采用清单计价方式。
Based on the comparative analysis of two project valuation modes- quota and detailed list valuation- used commonly at present, the present paper compares their own advantages and disadvantages and the method of detailed list evaluation method id recommended.
