摘要
对聚磷酸铵(APP)的制备条件进行了优化,得到聚合度大于700的APP产品。优化制备条件:原料采用(NH4)2HPO4、P2O5、Urea,并在干燥氨气氛下300℃聚合反应大于40 min。所得APP产物经XRD检测为Ⅱ型。
In this paper, the preparation conditions of the long-chain ammonium polyphosphate (APP) have been studied. The long-chain ammonium polyphosphate with polymerization degree more than 700 has been prepared. The( NH4 )2HPO4 ,P2O5 and Urea have been polymerized in anhydrous ammonia at ratio of 1:1:0.5 and 300℃, and the reaction time of polymerization-reactant is 40 min. The obtained APP belongs to II type through XRD investigation.
