磷钒钼杂多酸-结晶紫水相分光光度法测定锡铅焊料中的磷 被引量:5

摘要 研究了磷钒钼杂多酸-结晶紫水相光度法测定锡铅焊料中微量磷的方法。在0.1 mol/L的硫酸介质中,聚乙烯醇存在下,利用结晶紫与磷钒钼杂多酸形成可溶性紫色离子缔合物,借此进行光度测定。试验证明:试液中含0~0.32μg/mL磷符合朗伯-比尔定律,其λmax=545 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε545=1.78×105,测定范围:0.000 5%~0.010 0%。对显色条件,共存离子干扰情况、加标回收,精密度的考察和结果对照进行了较详细的讨论。 Motybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly acid-crystal violet aqueous phase spectrophotometric determination of trace phosphorus in the tin-lead solder was studied. In a medium of 0. 1 mol/L sulfuric acid, under the existence of polyvinyl alcohol, making use of erystal violet molybdovanadophosphoric and heteropoly acid to form a soluble purple ion-association complex, the photometry was carried out. The tests proved that : the test solution containing 0 - 0.32 μg./mL phosphorus is in line with the Lambert-Beer law, kmax =545nm, the apparent molar absorptivity e545 = 1.78 × 105 , determination range from 0. 000 5% to 0.010 0%. Color conditions, the interference of coexisting ions, the recovery of spiked, the investigation and results of the preeision of control were discussed in more detail.
