摘要
分析了氮氢气压缩机四段缸套断裂原因,对缸套设计进行重新计算校核,对缸套进行重新选材、设计,优化了缸套装配结构,实现了设备长周期稳定运行。
Sec cylinder breaking reasons of nitrogen and hydrogen compressor were analysized. By recalculation and rechecking of cylinder liner design, reselection of the cylinder liner materials, optimization of the structure of the liner assembly, the equipment long-term stable operation was realized.
