摘要
针对现有的中低压电网相敏保护装置因采用简单的波形逻辑处理电路而存在的测试灵敏度低的问题,提出了一种新型相敏保护器的设计方案,详细介绍了该相敏保护器的工作原理及软硬件设计。该相敏保护器采用电能参数测量集成芯片CS5463直接读取功率因数,测量准确、可靠。实验结果表明,该相敏保护器在电网发生短路时能够可靠动作,短路故障保护动作时间小于80ms,启动和过载动作时间均大于8s,满足设计要求。
For problem of low measuring sensitivity of existing phase-sensitive protectors used in low- middle voltage network caused by simple wave logic processing circuit, the paper proposed a design scheme of a novel phase-sensitive protector, and introduced working principle and designs of software and hardware of the protector in details. The protector uses an integrated measuring chip of power-energy parameters named CS5463 to read power factor directly for correct and reliable measurement. The experimental result showed that the protector can act reliably at the short-current moment in 80 ms and the action time of starting and over-loading is more than 8 s, which all meet design requirements.
