摘要
灯泡贯流式机组普遍存在转轮室振动幅值偏大的问题。目前,未有相关规范和标准对灯泡贯流式机组转轮室振动限值作出规定,转轮室结构的安全性直接关系到电厂机组运行和经济效益,本文综合现场实测数据和三维有限元结构计算结果从结构强度、共振和疲劳三方面对转轮室结构安全性进行了评价,提供了对转轮室振动偏大的灯泡机组运行安全性评估的参考方法。
Most bulb turbine-hydrogenerating units suffer vibrations of runner chamber that produce a maximum displacement greater than normal, while presently no limit value of the vibration displacement is stipulated in any code or standard. This paper evaluates the runner chamber structure safety in terms of strength, resonance and fatigue, based on test data and three-dimensional finite element results, and puts forward a simple method for the evaluation.
