摘要
毛泽东劳资两利思想是针对中国革命和建设的实际需要和现实斗争而提出来的。它以防"左"为出发点,承认劳资矛盾,调节劳资关系,兼顾劳资利益,在新民主主义和社会主义革命时期发挥了巨大的作用。在新的历史条件下,仍然要以劳资两利为指导",努力形成企业和职工利益共享机制"。
The building of "benefit both on labor and capital" thought of Mao Zedong is based on Chinese revolution and construction of actual need and reality struggle. It prevented form "left"as the starting point, ad- mitted labor conflicts, adjust industrial relations, take into account the labor interest, play a important role in the new-democratic revolution. In the new historical conditions, we still need guided by the labor benefiting, try hard to form mechanism of sharing benefits between enterprise and worker.
