摘要
高级导游员考试在中断14年后恢复,然而市场对导游中高等级证书的需求缺乏将影响导游员职业等级资格的全面持续实施。文章通过对国内职业资格证书的比较研究,指出了影响职业资格证书需求度的四大因素,即市场准入程度、行业内持证工资水平、证书在行业内部的流动度和证书在行业之间的流动度,并据此对导游职业等级资格需求进行了分析,并提出了促进导游职业等级资格制度可持续发展的建议。
The exam for high level tour guide resumed after 14 years, but the short demand of those cer- tificates will have negative influence on implementing the caste system of tour guide. The article analyses the positioning of tour guide in our employment qualification system, as well as four factors affecting the demand of qualification certifictes, i.e. the extent of marketing admittance, salary level of employer with certificate 1 in industry, fluidity of certificate in industry, fluidity of certificate between industries. Finally, the article makes the suggests of improving the quality of guide team＇s service in china.
