The Oral Poetics in the Age of Electronic Media

在漫长的人类历史发展过程中,最初的口语文化是思维的启蒙时代,具有强烈的"现场感"、"真实性"。人类社会的变迁是从口语文化走向书面文化再到电子文化,但发展并非呈线性特征,文字的出现只是多了一种交流的工具,随之带来了很多"言而无信"的内容。因此口头诗学作为一种思维方式并没有消失,而是淋漓尽致地结合到现今的多媒体电子传媒时代。

In the long process of the development of human society, the earliest oral culture has enlightened the thought of human-beings and at the same time it has very strong ＂sense at scene＂ and ＂realness＂. The process of evolution of the human society＇s culture is generally as follows： starting from oral culture, enduring long period of written culture and finally reaching the age of electronic culture, however, this process is not as simple as other linear one we are accustomed to, the emergency and use of written language do provide one more tool of communications for human society but at the same time it has produced many ＂descriptions without any real meaning＂. As a mode of thought the oral poetics is far from disappearing, on the contrary it is playing an important role in the present age of electronic culture after incorporating itself into the multi-media environ- ment.
