胫腓骨开放骨折术后感染处理1例报道

摘要 1临床资料患者，男，45岁，2008年6月6日从高处跌下致左侧胫腓骨远端开放性粉碎性骨折（AO43C3）（图1）。急诊行伤口清创、骨折开放复位、腓骨髓内钉内固定、胫骨LCP内固定、BMP人工骨植骨术。术后出现胫骨侧伤口流液、接骨外露、伤口不愈合。
