摘要
提出了馆员 (泛指图书情报工作者 ,下同 )的学识修养目标 ,阐述了馆员在学识机制上要达到既专又博 ,就必须勤勉治学、不断完善知识结构 ;指出了馆员的学识体现在于得到读者和社会的承认 ,进而实现自身价值。
The objective of learning accomplishment of the librarians is put forward.It is expounded that if librarians attain both expert and extensive knowledge, they would be diligent and earger to learn, and uninteruptedly perfect their knowledge structure. And it is pointed out that the librarians' learning is embodied in information service for readers and society.
