X线透视下三腔喂养管置入的临床应用

The clinical application of placement of freka trelumina under X-ray guidance

目的探讨在X线透视下置入三腔喂养管(FT)技术的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析27例在X线透视下置入FT患者的临床资料,所有患者均在X线透视下,经导丝导引,将导管插至十二指肠,交换入加硬导丝,沿加硬导丝将FT顺利送至空肠。结果全部病例均一次性成功置入,平均X射线下操作时间为6.4min,置管时间9d～7周,期间FT位置良好、喂养顺利、胃肠减压效果良好、胃排空障碍消失,无患者出现并发症。结论 X线透视下三腔喂养管置入简便快捷、安全实用,可以进行空肠内营养兼胃肠减压,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical application of placement of freka trelumina （FT） under X-ray guidance. Methods Retrospective analysis 27 patients of clinical data who placed FT under X-ray guid- ance. With the hope of guide wire and X-ray guidance, placed the catheter into duodenum. Exchange the guide wire and with the hope of harden guide wire sent FT into jejunum. Results All patients were successfully placed FT in one time, the average operating time under X-ray was 6. 4 min. The FT was in good position, feed- ing and gastrointestinal decompression well, delayed gastric emptying disappeared, and there was no complica- tions during 9 d - 7 w of the placement of FT. Conclusion Under X-ray guidance the placement of FT is a simple ,safe,reliable method for jejunum nourishment and gastrointestinal decompression. It is worth popularizing this technique in clinical practice.
