裸鼠人体宫颈癌移植模型的建立及其放疗效应 被引量:1

ESTABLICHMENT OF HUMAN CERVICAL CARCNOMA XENOGRAFT IN NUDE MICE AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要 近年来早期宫颈癌的治疗,不论手术或放疗,均已取得满意的疗效,但晚期宫颈癌的疗效仍差,据FIGO报道世界各国Ⅲ期宫颈癌放疗的五年生存率仍在30~50%之间。为了改进放疗方法及研究放疗合并化疗等综合治疗,我们于1986年建立裸鼠人体宫颈癌移植肿瘤模型,并对移植肿瘤的生长动力学及其放疗效应进行了研究,现将结果报告如下。 A human cervical carcinoma from a biopsy specimen was successfully transplantedinto nude mice and has been maintained for over three years through 17 passages. Theoriginal passage had a long latent period of 75 days. After fifth passage, the take ratewas 80--100%, the latent period decreased to 20--25 days. The pathologic diagnosis oftransplanted tumor was squamous cell carcinoma grade Ⅱ. During the long-term obser-vation, the transplanted tumor was identical to the primary tumor in histopathology andultramicrostopic study. No change was found after mainiaining 17 passages in nudemice. In radiation experiment, it shows that the radiation dosage is related to the days oftumor growth delay. After 48 hrs of ^(60)Co irradiation, the G_2+M percentage increasedto 33.1%. We deem that the establishment of human cervical carcinoma in nude mice is anideal tumor model for radiotherapeutic and chemotherapeutic experiment of cervicalcancer.
