摘要
目的分析左氧氟沙星注射液使用情况,评价其临床使用安全性和合理性。方法回顾性随机抽取2010年1月至2012年12月我院住院病历共430例,统计分析左氧氟沙星注射液使用情况。结果在溶媒使用、给药方法、药物选用以及联合用药方面存在问题。结论我院左氧氟沙星注射液使用存在不合理现象,合理用药水有待进一步提高。
Objective To investigate clinical utilization of levofloxacin injection in our hospital,and to evaluate its security and rationality. Methods The 430 cases from January 2010 to December 2012 were col- lected randomly and analyzed clinical utilization of levofloxacin injection retrospectively. Results There were many problems found in solvent application, dosage regimen, pharmacologic actions and drug combination. Conclusion Irrational phenomenon about clinical utilization of levofloxacin injection existed in our hospital, and level of rational administration should be improved further.
