超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌的耐药性

摘要 目的调查郑州大学第二附属医院产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extended spectrum beta-lacta-mase,ESBLs)的大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli,E.coli)对抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法 2010年我院住院患者的各类临床标本,采用ESBLS确证试验进行ESBLS的检测。结果从临床标本中共分离到E.coli853株,其中产ESBLs477株(产ESBLs率为55.92%),除亚胺培南、美洛培南外对其他15种抗生素均有不同程度耐药,头孢类药物耐药率为100%。结论我院E.coli的耐药率很高,情况十分严重,应对E.coli进行耐药性动态监测,以指导临床科学使用抗菌药物。 Objective To investigate the resistance of extended spectrum beta-laetamase (ESBL) in clinical isolates of Escherichia coil and guide the use of anfimicrobial agents. Methods Confirmation of ES- BLs-producing bacteria were done for all the bacterial specimens collected from our hospital in 2010. Results From clinical samples were separation of the communist party of China to the E. coli 853 plants, which produce ESBLs 477 plants (produce ESBLs rate was 55.92% ), except imipenem, beauty which the south los to other 15 antibiotic resistance are different degree, cephalosporin drugs for 100% respectively. Conclusion Our hos- pital E. coli high resistant, the situation is very serious, deal with E. Coli dynamic monitoring for resistance, in order to guide clinical scientific use of antimicrobial agents.
