思想政治课教师教学效能感影响因素研究

摘要 思想政治课教师教学效能感是指担任思想政治课教学的教师对其教育价值,对自己做好教育教学工作与积极影响学生发展的教育能力的自我判断和信念。当前,思想政治课教师的教学效能感呈现出趋低的态势。这既与校内外教育环境有关,也与教师的学历、教龄、教学归因模式等因素有关。与其他课程相比,思想政治课教学目标、内容和教学过程的特殊复杂性,教育教学效果的长期性和反复性,也是思想政治课教师教学效能感趋低的重要原因。 The politics teachers' teaching efficacy is the politics teachers' self-judgment and faith on educational value, good education and teaching of their own and positive impact on the education ability of students' development. At present, politicas teachers' teaching efficacy appears decay, this is not only related to the environment of the education but also to teacher qualifications, teaching experience and teaching attribution model. Compared with other courses, the special complexity of political teaching objectives, content and the teaching process, long-term and repetitive of education and teaching effect are also the important influence factors of politieas teachers' teaching efficacy appearing decay.
