On the Construction of Management Carrier of Enterprise Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育载体的设计和运用,体现着时代的要求,是思想政治教育活动得以顺利开展的基石。文章以企业管理载体的建设为切入点,寻求企业思想政治教育工作的新途径、新方法。使企业的思想政治工作与管理工作相结合,以切实增强企业思想政治工作的针对性、实效性,使之成为企业发展的动力。

The design and application of ideological and political education carrier reflect the requirement of the times,which is also the foundation of smooth development in activities of ideological and political education.The hitting point of my paper is based on the construction of the carrier of enterprise management,and aims to seek new approaches to enterprise ideological and political education.With the combination of ideological and political works and management works,enterprise ideological and political works can be targeted and effective and become the motivation of enterprise development.
