篮球运动是一个集体的运动,组织后卫在球队中起举足轻重的作用对一个球队的发展是至关重要的。组织后卫的能力决定他发挥的好坏,这就要求对这一能力的培养有一定的要求,从而提高其能力,给球队带来好的战绩。但影响组织后卫能力的因素很多,本文通过分析篮球运动组织后卫所具备的能力素质,为培养组织后卫的能力提供理论依据。

Basketball is a collective movement,the point guard plays a vital role in the team,is crucial to the development of a team.The point guard＇s ability to determine his play is good or bad,which requires the cultivation of the ability to have certain requirements in order to enhance its ability to bring to the team a good record.But many of the factors that affect the ability of point guard,by analysis of a basketball point guard has the ability and quality,the ability of point guard to provide a theoretical basis.
