国家在《中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》)中提出:"要重点发展农村学前教育。明确政府职责,把发展学前教育纳入社会主义新农村建设规划。"农村学前教育的发展已到了风口浪尖的时期,这一时期发展中还存在很多问题,而农村幼儿园课程实施是最令人困扰的问题之一。
