摘要
本文概述了苏联、日本、美国等国家利用地下水动态预报地震的新思路、新方法,主要有水文地质变形场的观点、地震三要素的定量预报的探索、有物理基础的地震预报的尝试、地下水位震前异常的机理及关于前兆敏感点的问题等;扼要介绍了目前国外地震地下水动态观测与研究方面的动向。
The paper outlines the new train of thought and new method of predicting earthquakes by using the behavior of underground water in the Soviet Union,Japan,the United States etc.,mainly including viewpoints of the hydrogeological deformation field,exploration of quantitative prediction of the three elements of the predicted earthquake,trial of earth- quake prediction on the basis of physics,mechanism of anomaly of underground water level before earthquakes,as well as precursory sensitive points.The paper briefs the tendency of observing and research on the behavior of underground water and its relation with earth- quakes abroad in recent years.
