CT扫描和颅底片对鼻咽癌诊断治疗的指导作用——附65例分析

本文对65例鼻咽癌患者的CT扫描和颅底照片进行对照分析,结果表明CT扫描在诊断上明显优于颅底照片,CT扫描对鼻咽癌咽旁间隙,颅底侵犯、颅内病变的发现可作为指导设野的一个重要依据。

Sixty-five patients withnasopharygeal carcinoma were detected both by CT scan and skull film. The results have been carefully checked and compared, it Showed the accurate rate of CT scan was higher than that of skull film. CT scan may also guided us to found out the lesions that infiltrated to the basal skull. the changes occurred in the cranium, and help us to localized the radiotherapeutic field.
