摘要
用计算机软件模拟压架试验的工况形式对液压支架进行有限元分析的方法有很多,但要使分析结果与液压支架压架试验所测得的应力值相吻合,却是一个很大的难题。为了验证有限元分析方法的正确性,把液压支架的实验数据与有限元数据进行对比,找到有限元分析方法的不足,并提出改进方法。
At present, there are too many method that simulaty the pressure test conditions on hydraulic support with finite element analysis with computer software,but it is a big problem to make the analysis results and the hydraulic support pressure test of the measured stress value coincides with. In order to verify the finite element analysis method is correct, this paper comparperes the hydraulic support of experimental data to the finite element data, find the finite element analysis method, and put forward the improvement method.
